HDD Click of Death??

Need some advise... Do you think my 5TB Seagate external hard drive is dying? Attached is a video clip.

 

Clicking noise for some odd reason, it only occurs at 0 drive activity. During a read, noise goes away immediately. Write sounds different but not the clicking.

 

What'cha all think? After some steam updates, clicking noise is completely gone???
