Shut down after cpu led short blink and DRAM led short blink

First of all, i have tried to look for any post with a problem similar to mine but couldn't find any matching one. If there is, sorry, i did my best.

My specs:

Processor: Intel Core i7-9700K

Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S

Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro. 16 GB: 2 x 8 GB - DIMM 288-pin - 3200 MHz / PC4-25600 - CL16 - 1.35V

Hard drive: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB

Graphics Card: ASUS ROG-STRIX RTX2080-O8G-GAMING

Power supply: Corsair AXi Series AX860i (ATX12V 2.31/ EPS12V 2.92 - 80 PLUS Platinum - 100-240 Volt, 860Watt)

Windows 7 x64, I installed it

I'll try to be brief: A year ago i set it up and it worked fine for like 6 months. One day i tried to turn it on. I heard the usual "click" sound it makes when it turns on but then i heard it again as the computer shut down. I observed the CPU led would blink shortly and as soon as de DRAM led blinked, i'd hear the second click and the computer would shut down. It entered a cycle of trying to boot and shut down. The RAM RGB would light up and just before the sut down. So i thought it had to be a RAM issue.

I opened the computer, cleaned it thoroughly, unplugged and plugged the RAM, tried again and the PC worked fine again. This lasted for another 3 months or so. Then the problem returned, just the same.

In this case i tried to check all connections and discovered that there was a cable that wasn't properly connected to the power supply. Replugged it and the PC started working again... for another 3 months (absolutely no issues when its working, although in a yer span it has shut down spontaneously a copuple of times, didn't give it much thought, as it would run normally again, so thought i was giving it too much stress). Today it happened again and I have been searching this forum for more possibilities, but I'm lost.

Thanks to everyone that takes the time to read it and sorry again if there's a solution posted I could not find.
