What Build should I go with?

Current Rig:

Crappy Laptop. I have a CPU meant for a tablet inside it.

Except get a better SSD, 240GB is basically just enough for Windows and few mandatory programs because they start to slow down as you get over 50% full. I appreciate you're on a really tight budget, but you have about $50 between that system and either other, which would nearly cram a cheap 1TB SSD in there, but a ~500GB will be a great upgrade for the few bucks.
