I have an RTX 2080 graphics card, 16gb of RAM and a ryzen 7 3700x cpu and I feel like my pc underperforming. I play everything on 1440p at max setting. Fortnite on max settings has an average fps of 90 - 100, the first mission of Modern Warfare on max settings had an average fps of between 60 and 70, GTA V on max settings has an average fps of 70 and dipped into the 30s whenever I got near grass. The worst offended was Rise of the Tomb Raider which when I benchmarked it the total fps was 58 and had some drops to the 20s, this was with ssaa set to 4x and all settings maxed. Is this kind of performance normal?

Here is my userbenchmark score, it looks good but I still feel my pc is underperforming when I game https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/21214169
