Is the rtx 2080super worth it?

So i have an rtx 2070 and am thinking of going for 1440p gaming (144hz) but i've seen its not too great for high end, so i was thinking would it be worth trying to snap up a rtx 2080super? I have the original 2070 and was very annoyed when they released the super version 2 months later.

 

Any opinion appriciated, cheers.

Just put everything on high instead of ultra and you are good to go? 1440p 144hz on a 2070 is really easily doable.

Just turn down a couple of graphical settings and you should be good to go for 1440p

 

wait for "Big Navi" and the 30 series otherwise.
