so by upgrading my GPU to RTX 2070 SUPER i would like to get a new monitor

maybe 27inch 1080p 144hz or 1440p 27 inch 144hz!i never had a 1440p monitor and i fear that with 1080p this gpu wont be used at 100%

however i cant know how future proof will 1440p gaming will be on this card and not playing at its native resolution..mehh no!

any help?thnx

1440p 144hz would be a good option. But you definitely won't be hitting that performance.

I personally would never ever go above 24" on 1080p. Just never. I have seen an 27" 1080p irl and oh boy is it ugly because too low pixel density.

27 1080p is too big, its gonna be blurry af

 

if you are fixated on the size then go for 1440p

 

otherwise i would pick a smaller 1080p screen.

 

i am the kind of guy who prefers 1080p when it comes to gaming anyways, for media consumption i can always hook it up to my large 4k tv

RTX 2070S is more than enough to run 1440p. and 1440p also looks a lot clearer than 1080p on 27". get 1440p
