Trouble WOL via WAN

I am having an issue with WOL via WAN. When I am at school and I need to get on my home pc I can not wake up my pc from school (using wireless) My home pc supports WOL and it is turned on. I use Teamviewer. My router has no-ip set and teamviewer has it as well.

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

 

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.

Your school network is probably blocking no-ip domains and also has a firewall that blocks access via WOL ports.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. I use my phone's tethering too and I get nothing.
