New build PC keeps crashing in the new cod

Hey there

 

I recently build a new PC on my own, running:

 

- Ryzen 7 3700x

- RTX 2070 Super

- MSI x570 a pro

- 16 gig ram 3600 hz

 

Somehow my PC keeps crashing after some minutes of ingame playtime in the new COD MW. No error or something, just an instant restart of the pc. I checked the temps of the CPU and GPU and they are botch around 60°

 

Would be nice if someone could help me with this :)

Can you go into detail of what specifically you're doing and what happens when it crashes?

The first time was in the Kampagne after like 30 mins of game time in mid battle.

The second time was in after 10 min multiplayer with just 6vs6

Third time even in 2vs2 and like three times while just sitting in the menu.

 

I could play the kampagne for 30 mins stright on all settings maxed in 2k without any problems. I just tryed to play on lowest settings and my PC still restarted when i was idling in the menu.

 

GPU driver is up to date

It might be some early release glitches.

Happens just for me. All my other friends can play it without problems

have you tried just stress tests? to see if it happens then also? if it crash with them also then maybe ur hardware is busted

For GPU stress test download Furmark.

For CPU stress test download Prime95

 

EDIT: Furmark can actually do both.

Okay i did both. GPU stress test and CPU burner. Both worked with no problems (if i did it right). So the problem must be in COD? But i still have the feeling that something is wrong with my pc. i dont really know

Is there a way to get some logs or something like that which can show me the reason of the pc shut down? I looked at eventviewer but didnt get much out of it. It registered the crashes but couldnt find the reason for it
