help! i cant pass the motherboard POST

here is the thing, i build a mechine today but i can not launch the system, the motherboard cant pass the POST， it stucked at 39 which according to the manual, is "Post-Memory System Agent initialization is stared". i have tried some solutions including reinstalled the ram and cpu but none of these are helpful. my motherboard is ROG X570-E, ram comes HOF. i am not sure if the ram lights up reperst it is working, but they are actually lighting during the POST.  if anyone can help me than i will be greatful.IMG_0015.thumb.JPEG.97320ec830237071f00d02b4d973031e.JPEG
