*UPDATED* Ryzen/Radeon.. I need some help.

*UPDATE*

This evening when I booted the computer up, I noticed it was a little bit sluggish. Not bad, but it was present. Once on the desktop there was a quick loss of display. When it came back, all looked okay except where if I move the cursor to the left half of the screen, the cursor changes to a small rectangle with pink and purple stripes. It is normal on the right half of the screen. Shortly after, the display began to shut off and on (flicker) again. I timed the display off to anywhere between 2-5 seconds until display returns. Now the interesting thing is as soon as I make a key stroke or move the cursor, the screen will go off again for 2-5 seconds, and back on. etc.

The boost seems to have tapered down a little bit, however I noticed an astronomical overboost to past 5.0ghz in a game of overwatch tonight. Is this high of a boost normal? I didnt do anything other than change the profile in the Bios to performance. (asus optimal I think its called)

It seems like ever since I slapped a Radeon 5700XT in my computer, I have had some wild issues.

1. Intermittently when I exit a game, the screen will begin to flicker. I mean this like i get no display for 5 seconds, back to display for about a second or less, then back to no display, so on and so forth.

2. If my monitor goes to sleep, When I use a key stroke or move the mouse, the screen no longer wakes up.

I updated the BIOS yesterday to version 5220. I also used DDU (by the request from AMD support), to completely wipe all display drivers (done so offline, no internet connection with the driver pre-downloaded and in safe mode). Reinstalled the drivers, and have not had much of an issue other than some kind of wicked overboost, shown in the attached image. (new BIOS related, maybe?)

The flickering issue has not been present since, however this was an intermittent thing as stated before so I am going to give it a week to test it out, and try some other display data cables if it does return (Currently using display port). If anyone has any other helpful suggestions, I would appreciate it.

The issue with no wake up is still  however quite present, to a point where after booting up and letting it sit while I did some chores I came back to a black display. After  powering off and on, I still had no display but the backlight was on. It took a forceful "F&*K IT and pull the lever Kronk!" shutdown of the PSU switch before I got anywhere. And now I am here.

I feel like I got screwed when I could have gotten something like a RTX2070 for a similar price. I had a Radeon card before and loved it, so I stuck by my brand. If anyone is also having issues or has any suggestions, please do let me know.

Thank you!

P.S. In the time I have written and proof read this thread, It has idled down to 1995 on 1 core.....For a small period of time.
