I currently have a 2017 13 MacBook Pro what 15 should I upgrade to

I have a 2017 13 MacBook Pro and I want to upgrade to a more powerful laptop should I buy a 2017 15 base model with a quad core I 7 and rx 555 or spend 205 more for the 2018 15 model with a six 6 i7 and rx 560x 512gb ssd  I will be using Final Cut Pro but I want to buy a gaming pc should I buy the 2017 and use the saved money towards a gaming pc or buy the 2018 and wait longer to get a gaming pc  I will be doing editing for YouTube and for some slight income

AFAIK Final Cut Pro isn't on PC so your going to have to take a look at your own needs and priorities first before deciding
