Hi there. Chieftec A80 CTG-500-80P is a pretty old and very cheap power supply. It was mostly good for using with second-hand office PCs without graphics cards, but it's entirely inappropriate for a modern PC like yours. You should change it for something better.

Yes, both of those are good PSUs and would be suitable for your Ryzen 2600X + GTX 1660.
