Gaming Mode Stuck on and windows key no longer working - HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello everyone, 

I turned on the gaming mode on my Razer BlackWidow keyboard to stop misclicking the windows key and now that i want to turn it off, it wont go.

My left control, windows key and alt are not responding to clicks.

Please can anyone help on resolving this issue?

I thought it was the windows serial number.

uninstall and reinstall the software.

how did you do it? press and hold fn, then press win key once. If it fails do as @SupaKomputa said and reinstall razer software.

i did that, i turned it on in the razer synapse software - i turned it off in the same place, but the keys are not responding

Reinstall it then, no other way.

Don't panic, i think is just a software error, since razer keys are software controlled, all you have to do is just reinstall the software.

You can check wether the keys are ok in another PC.

Worse case, the keys are truly dead, since it's a mechanical keyboard you can just swap the buttons with a new one.

But i don't think it would go that far.

Just a keyboard shortcut no?

What do you mean by that? If switches are dead to replace them he will have to desolder old switches and solder in new ones, not as easy as putting new key caps.

Yeah, that's what i mean, it involves soldering, well it's better than loosing it.

Unlike the unrepairable aluminium mac keyboard.
