Network question 2 ethernet ports on motherboard one for internet and one for Network

Hi I have a question I have two ethernet ports on my motherboard one connected to my Verizon router another one's connected to a network router that I use for wifi is there a way on Windows 10 that I can use my Verizon ethernet that uses internet and my other router I can use as a network what's internet on it sorry my writing and comprehension is not that someone can help me they'll be grateful

I'm sorry but I don't understand. You want two connections to your PC?

You can do whatever you want, they're two independent network cards.

 

Connect the first card to your modem/router and connect the second to a network switch or the regular ethernet ports of your wireless router.

The wireless router will be just network.

 

If you want your computer to behave like giving internet to the wireless router, then it's more complicated but not super complicated.
