Front headphone jack pushing sound, but has static

Just got an old hp pavilion 500-123w up and running, replaced hdd with an ssd. 

The audio works fine but the port on the front has some feedback. I installed the drivers and stuff, I opened the Case and all the connections are snug, am I possibly getting some interference on the front port? Thank you very much for any replies or suggestions
