Screens lose videosignal and grahpics card fans spin to max

Just like the title says when I turn on my system recently, after a little while the screens go black and the graphic card fans spins up.

 

Any idea on what causes this? Any one else experienced anything similar?

 

Specs:

Intel i7-4770k

ASRock B85 Pro4

MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X

What events lead up to this? Did you load into windows? Did you start a game? Have you overclocked?

Not sure what lead to it. But it always gets to windows. No overclocking.
