So...

i have an RX470 Nitro+ 4gb and it is working almost perfect besides the fact that it only works with Non-WHQL 16.11.5-Nov25 driver and after that i need to use a program called "atikmdag-patcher" to sign the driver afterwards.

If i try and update to any up-to-date driver (stable and beta), after the installation it will tell you that No graphics card is detected.

Can anyone help me with this one?

In the recent 5 years AMD drivers have been terrible, full of problems, game breaking issues and even problems that can make the GPU unusable.

The fact that you have to sign the driver after a certain version, perhaps the GPU ID your GPU is using was no longer featured in newer drivers.

Or maybe the VBIOS is corrupt?...

It happened to this guy with NVIDIA GPU too:

The Bios seems to be the official one: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/185234/sapphire-rx470-4096-160715

I did not try to flash anything because i'm afraid to brick it ?
