Hello,

Can you please give me some recommendations for a remote desktop app for windows as I need for a business where I need to access to over 500 computers, I`m already using team viewer but it`s not working correctly on all of my devices and the support is really bad.

I need especially to have the following features:

-Black screen- so when I enter a computer, the person in front on the screen wont see what I`m doing

-a list, an agenda with all of my computers so I can access them at any time

Thank you in advance

I need an alternative to Team Viewer because they gave this response at my problem with the black screen

Dear Customer,

thank you for your message.

Regarding to changes in Windows, TeamViewer is not able to create a blackscreen in all setups (Graphiccard and OS). At the moment it is unclear if this will be fixed in future. At the moment there is no way to create a blackscreen in some combination of Hard and Software.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Best regards

I have used Bomgar before and I have connected up to 8 computers at once, the tool seems quite complete.
