What the best software for monitoring CPU and GPU temperatures?

As the title states, what is the best software for monitoring temperatures? I've seen other channels use software tools during benchmarking, but I can't find out what they use. Anyone have any leads? OS I plan to use this on is Windows 10, Linux(using multiple so a one size fits all might help), and MacOS... so yeah, all of them.

Dunno about if Macs have those tools as Apple should handle cooling anyway #sarcasm.

 

For Windows HWMonitor, HWiNFO and MSI Afterburner are the most common ones. If you have Ryzen, HWiNFO and Ryzen Master are currently only two reliable ones.
