Lost all schemas and users on my PostgreSQL DB

I host a PostgreSQL database on my NAS: QNAP.
This morning i updated the OS and after that i updated my apps.
Now ALL my data is gone, and im kind of upset.
Even all my users have been reset.

anywhere i can find the old shemas in the files?
i cant even seem to find the new .conf file, cant find it anywhere.

plspls someone tell me u can help me

I am here to learn, please correct me if im wrong or you see me putting bs on your screen!
