They're just saying "we apologize" as a way to make you feel better, and are not actually going to fix this because Epic Games can't even fix their anti-consumer exclusivity deals with publishers. OK but seriously, if the crash dialogue box came from Fortnite, it's the developers of Fortnite who allegedly apologize.
