€600 Pc build

so I wanna build a pc for around €600 which is however able to be upgraded to become a verry good pc (so taking a cheap motherboard is probably not a good idea) however I've never builded a pc before and have no idea which parts to pick, any advice? Like which parts etc.

this list has a great upgrade path, I recommend trying to get a cheaper CPU used like a Ryzen 3 1200 or something, or the 1400 listed in this parts list if possible, maybe even a 1600. Used graphics card is always recommended, a lot cheaper than buying new for the same performance. If you save some money with those options, you can probably fit 16GB of ram in your build.
