Is the monitor designed for 80? If not, that's probably why you are seeing that message. It's the manufacturer's way of saying "we don't support whatever it is you are doing."

You might look in the controls to the monitor (on the monitor itself, not windows) and see if there is anything in there about turning off warning messages, otherwise...
