PC Freezes and restarts itself but only after first bootup in a while

So as the title says, when I have my pc off for a few hours and I boot it it freezes within like 5-10 minutes. Keyboard doesn't register input (numlock key not changing light) and eventually the computer restarts itself. The weird thing is that this only happens the first time when the pc has been off for a few hours or more, can't say exactly how long. But after its rebooted i dont have freezes anymore (tested it for over 12 hours and no single freeze) until I shut down the PC and turn it back on 12 hours later, again freeze.

CPU: i7-9700k
GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Super Gaming X trio
RAM: 32GB HyperX Fury DDR4 3000mhz RAM
PSU: Cooler Master V650
SSD (OS): Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC
