NEW CPU detected error every time pc boots

Hello
I had to hard reset after a game hung the pc due to me changing the free sync settings on my monitor. Every time I open the pc, it tells me to press F1 to setup and sends me to the BIOS settings. I noticed a few thing in the bios like absurd voltages and fan RPMs and temps. I have attached the images regarding the things I saw in the bios. Also, I have to boot by going into the boot options and selecting a disk manually. After getting into windows, I noticed a few more things. AI suite 3 was showing the same absurd voltages and RPMs of fans. Ryzen master and cpuz shows that I constantly have a flow of 1.4 volts and above when i previously barely had 1.099 at idle under load around 1.35 volts. Armoury crate doesnt show the different devices for aura sync too. The error shows up every time I boot the PC up. Also, the motherboard Q-code indicator LED on the bottom left also stopped working. Help :/

Updated BIOS
Updated x570 drivers from AMD
cleared CMOS

PSU HX 750 Corsair

Hi there,

Maybe you motherboard is broken try for RMA of it.

24.439V on the 12V rail?!

That's double more than it should,seems incorrect though,

Definitely a bad motherboard,RMA it.
