So first off I’ll give you guys the specs...

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x

MOBO: X570 Gigabyte aorus master

GPU: EVGA rtx 2080 super ftw3

PSU: Corsair RM 850x
OS: Windows 10 64bit

Also I’m using cablemod modular cables

So I went out this weekend to microcenter to buy another ssd and a 2080 super, as I previously was running a 2070.  Once I got home I completely tore apart my build as I aimed to rebuild and do a better job with cable management this time around.  Well long story short I go to boot up and I get nothing.  All I get is my mobo power and clear cmos buttons illuminating accompanied with two distinct clicking noises coming from my PSU.  Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!!
