I have an MSI X570-A Pro - w/ G Skill Ripjaw DDR4 32 GB Kit  3600 Memory, Powered by a Corsair BM850 Gold PSU. - When the memory is installed, the board powers on, then powers down, CPU fan starts to pause and spin very slow, but there is no post or video signal.

When I remove the memory (empty) the board seems to power up as normal, but there is no video signal.

I purchased the system based on pcpartspicker compatibility list... so am not sure what am I missing or not doing correctly.
