I have installed a new PC but my windows keep freezing after couple minutes

Hello, i got a bit issue with my new computer

 

I have installed a new PC and my windows 10 keep freezing after it starting to boot or sometimes it can freeze after a couple minutes. 

 

PC spec:

CPU:Intel core i5 9600k 9Gen

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 SLI

Power Supply: 650Watt chrosshair modular

GPU: Geforce RTX 2060 6GB

Ram: Trident Z RGB led DDR4 3200MhZ 2x8 

SSD: Intel SSD 122 GB

 

I have tried diffrent harddrives but it keep freezing after a minute or two sometimes it can freeze direktly but BIOS dosen't freeze at all and i can see all my specs my intel, my ram and what coolers are on etc

 

I have around 22-23 Grades on my CPU and that is not high

 

Dose anyone know what the issue could be here?

Also is a F-Panel is blinking sometimes jumping from CPU-DRAM-VGA i think i have seen BOOT aswell

 

Also i tried to reinstall windows with USB but it keep freezing there aswell

I'd suggest trying to run a memory tester to check for faulty RAM.

The thing is i dont even have time to download or enter some program before it freeze?

Well you're going to need to make the memtest usb from another laptop/pc then.

Okey do you think it could be any other hardware issue? i dont understand how bios can work without any problem?
