Does the fx-8320e a cpu for the amd settlement?

The site clearly lists which CPUs are covered, and the e versions are not included.

 

You'd have to sue separately for those.

according to this the e skus aren’t part of the settlement. But they are the same things as the others with lower clocks. does anyone know if they are covered?
