It'd be worth buying the 5700 XT over the regular 5700 for the extra performance, but not the stock blower-style cooler version, which I assume the cheapest card is. So, if you want to go for the XT, then I suggest you go with an aftermarket version, if you don't want to deal with bad noise/temperature issues.

 

EDIT: Now that you've uploaded the images, then I guess it'd be worth going for the 5700 XT. I mean, I don't recall hearing that ASUS' TUF line-up of GPUs were the best or anything, but it should definitely be better than the stock 5700 XT.

 

EDIT 2: With all this being said, if you don't mind tinkering with your GPU for a while and possibly voiding your warranty, a 5700 with a flashed XT BIOS will perform closely to a 5700 XT (but again, with added risks and hassle).

Get 5700 XT if you need that extra performance, else get 5700.
