No, except if you put a RGB frame fan

Maybe, but by the time you bought the LEDs, figured out how to control each of them, and actually put them together it would make more sense to just buy new fans.

 

RGB fans are pretty cheap unless you get the high end Corsair/NZXT/Thermaltake ones.

doable but unless your really good at soldering its not worth trying. just get an rgb fan grill.
