Is the Aorus x5 v7 laptop motherboard compatible with ADT R43SG?

Go to solution Solved by Hi-Tech,

This is not true. The motherboard does not burn and the connection is secure.

The x5 v7 laptop provides PCIe NVMe Gen3 x4 SSD slot. I plan to connect R43SG here and use egpu. However, before I do, I need to know if my motherboard is compatible with R43SG. I was told, "If it's not compatible, the motherboard can burn." Is this true?
