I'm on first gaming PC.
Any recommendations on antivirus software or useful tools to help protect this baby?
I haven't messed with any video card settings. Where can I tweak them if needed?

If you're tech savvy, all you need is CommonSense™ and a good ablocker, such as uBlock Origin by Raymond Hill aka gorhill on GitHub. If you're not as tech savvy, like to download random stuff from random sites, or just want better heuristic-based protection, buy the paid-for Malwarebytes Premium. Bam. Done.

install linux for web surfing and use pihole for adblocking. John Macffee says virus protection is shit

I use Pie-hole for ad blocker, and anything like torrenting or testing of software im unsure of is done in a VM machine if all goes will then I will install on the actual machine. Windows Defender tends to tick most of the boxes.
