Rgb Lighting Ring for monitor

So I recently saw that some monitors come with a rgb ring light on the back, and was wondering if there was anything you could buy similar to that and put on the back of your monitor to back light it. For reference my monitor is 27”.

are you taking about ambient rgb? if so there a few. if your talking about just rgb like on asus monitors its mostly asus that dose that. msi had one but its gone.
