What is the best mesh Wi-Fi solution?

My dad wants Wi-Fi that covers the whole house so I set out to find a good solution for him. I just want some feedback on the different mesh Wi-Fi solutions that are out there.

I personnaly use the Orbi (Netgear) it's really nice and easy to use but quite pricy.

Yikes! That is pricy. But, I mean if setup and use is a breeze it should be worth it. How is Wi-Fi range with this?

I specifically use the Orbi RBK20, it has a 280m² cover.
