My video card is not turning on.

I just bought an alienware desktop, and for the firsts 3h the video card worked just perfectly, but now the fans dose not spin and nothing is working, when i open the PC there will appear a black screen in front of me, i plunged my PC in the motherboard in order to work, please can you help me fast ? The video card is an GE FORCE RTX2070

You mean plugging your monitor into your motherboard works?


Just try pulling the GPU out for like 10-15 minutes then put it back in.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

New or second-hand? If new, you should really be talking to Dell to try and get it fixed.
