1.14.4 Server World Download

So im not OP on a server that's owned by my friend who is on a 2 week holiday and the host we are running the server from declined his card yesterday and it deletes the world 7 days after the last payment, and there is like 100+ hours on there that we don't want to lose. Is there any world downloaders that work with 1.14.4 because MultiMC is not working with my pc for some reason

Second thing, what hosting service are you using?

Do you have login details of the host?

How about you just contact the host and explain and offer to pay for your friend?

Or how about you call your friend and ask him to mail the company and tell them he's traveling and will pay a week later or so?

Lots of alternative solutions before you'd have to resort to such things.

Can't remember the name as the world is over 3 years old (May 11th 2016 around the time of 1.9.4) and no i don't have details nor much communication as he is in a cabin with no internet

Don't even remember the hosts name and have no contact with my friend and he has no knowledge of any of this, plus we haven't made a backup since 1.13.1 so its about time anyway

If you have the IP of the game server, you could probably figure out the company hosting the server.

for example, try entering the address in : http://en.dnstools.ch/visual-traceroute.html

The last 2-3 nodes may resolve to the domain name of the company rending the dedicated servers or something like that.

You could then contact the support of that company and ask if they rented that game server and go from there...

Google shows many results for "1.14.4 world downloader". I haven't tested any, but there seem to be some that work. Such as https://github.com/Pokechu22/WorldDownloader.
