My computer is like crashing and really slow all of a sudden

So i was playing a game of league of legends, then the game starts crashing, the whole pc freezes. I force it to shut down after some minutes of waiting and after booting up again, everything takes ages to open. Everything is crashing and it's a mess, I'm guessing its the hard drive but i have no idea obviously. It's been perfect for over 2 months.

My windows is installed on a pretty good ssd.

I don't have much more info, I don't know what to do

what kind of temperatures do you have on your system?
