What’s wrong with my PC?

So my computer was running fine last night. Then this morning I noticed that it was displaying multiple windows of the same window as if I was casting it to a corner of my screen. I couldn’t fix it so I restarted the computer. It powers on lights fans pump, but nothing post to my monitor (tested to make sure the monitor worked) my peripherals don’t turn on either. What’s broken? Please someone help!

Need some specs before we attempt anything, but have you tried a cmos reset?
