So I am planning on building a low key, silent pc,

I am looking for a case with that has something to help noise reduction, it to be black/silver (can have accent colours) and does not have a window on it.

I would prefer a m atx tower, but case size is the lowest on the list of wants, just not a full tower.

Can you guys please help me

The pure base 600, but naturally the airflow is terrible, it does have tons of foam everywhere for noise reduction, but you basically want to build around it with the biggest CPU air cooler you can fit and a triple fan GPU

Depending on what you're doing get an R7 2700 or 3700X with an RX 5700 Nitro+

The Fractal Define C mini might work, but it won't be as silent, still pretty low though.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I made one build in Pure Base 600 and temeratures are very good. It's basically the same no matter how great airflow you have inside. Lot of fans are mostly important when someone wants to have visual effect. Temretaure difference is barely noticeable. Even BeQuiet do not recommend, for example, adding second fan to their cpu radiators because temperature difference may be like 0,5 degree and is not worth buying additional fan.

Air convection is something that works very well (in real world), pc cases are not hermetic and this one (Pure Base) has really nice and silent fans.

BTW. I'm not talkin that more fans or better airflow gives you nothing. I'm just saying that is better to spend a little more money on better cpu cooler than increase number of case fans. Effect may be the same but noise level - much smaller.

More fans is more noise, you want the biggest heatsinks you can find so you can run with the fewest fans possible.

Probably want to undervolt your components as well.

no, for these kinds of cases with sound padding you just add more noctua fans. It will be quiet. Especially if you manually control them.

thats the whole point of silent cases

also it helps if you take off your gpu fans and put noctuas on that heatsink too or buy a morpheus heatsink

heres a mini itx case (smaller than you said)

MasterCase H100

you can add a 200mm noctua (LOL)

or pick a 200mm fan that you find is the quietest.

They move a decent amount of air and quieter than small fans. So brands that are known for quiet fans would be even quieter i assume.

Might want to also note the short GPU length, as we dont know OP's full build.

im just throwing shit around, on further inspection, both of those cases kinda suck tbh.

+planning on, means he didnt buy one yet, so gpu length can change

The H100 was an overall disappointment. It had a lot of potential but fell flat once we got to see the closed bottom that would suffocate a GPU and the abysmal CPU cooler clearance due to the use of an ATX PSU.

yeah you need to use a low profile noctua or something, thats super dissapointing.

To be honest, fan choice is more important than Case choice unless you have lots of coil whine.
