Depending on what you're looking for, sure. 

Why are you looking at this cooler in particular?

I am looking for a good AIO under $200cnd it look nice, right now I am using cpu stock cooler. The 240 for NZXT Kraken X52 240mm - and Cooler Master MLX-D24M-A20PC-R1are also options I am looking at.

You're referring to the ML240L. The model name you're using isn't wrong but less recognizable. 

What cpu, ram, and case are you using?

CM Q300L case , Ram 4 sticks of 2666mhzr 16gb Crucial balistix sport, Cpu Ryzen 2200g, MSI GTX 1660,I am upgrading to r3600 and 3200mhzr 4 sticks 16gb ram.

If you want an AIO, the Gammaxx L240 V2 is a good option. The included fans are fairly quiet and it performs well.
