mobo/cpu problems M5A97 r2.0 evo doesn't post, bios flashback light solid

Hello there

For some time now I've been having problems getting my pc to boot, as in the mouse/keyboard/screen would not light up,  while the pc started running- fans, lights, anything within the case.

In last month bigger problems occurred, when I had to use memOK button on the mobo a few times and with to me unknown combination, powered on and booted after many attempts.

I've already ruled out the gpu, as I tried 2- gtx770 and gtx1070, also tested with single ram slots 2x8 and 2x4 GB. psu probably isn't faulty either...

mobos direct bios key also doesn't help, except those times when I tried for a few hours to get it to boot.

Perhaps mentioning the H60 closed water pump makes noises when case is tilted could bring some insight, or not

At the time of writing, I've tried doing bios flashback via usb, the light blinks and then stays solid.

 

My system specs are as following:

mb: M5A97 R2.0 EVO

cpu: FX8320 (usually had it barely OCd @4Ghz) cooled by H60 closed liquid cooling

gpu: gtx770/1070(only one at a time ofc)

ram: dual channel 4(1333mhz)/8(1600mhz)/4/8

750W power supply

ssd:samsung 850 evo 500GB

HDD 2TB..

 

In case there's no help, would you recommend me replacing mobo, cpu, both, or sell system parts and get a new rig altogether?

Any help is much appreciated!
