So I'm looking to build my first PC, which will be used for heavy gaming,

Here's the part list I compiled

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/MythDanny/saved/#view=Wk2CLk

Please let me know if there is any sort of improvement I can make. I also want to know how good this build is, airflow wise (I don't want it ever getting hot on me) and cable management and ease of build (since this would be my first time ever touching a pc part so...). Thanks in advance.

1. Budget & Location

Less than 5000USD.

2. Aim

Heavy gaming

3. Monitors

2 for now, and I will definitely buy another one not a very long time after building the PC.

Well it's extremely overpriced except the low end PSU compared to the other parts. You should go for a Corsair rm, rmx, txm, Coolermaster MWE gold or masterwatt etc.

What does Heavy Gaming mean?

How is that different than gaming?

Is that why you need 8TB of NAS level HDD, going to play that many games at the same time?   Why not just download them as you play them onto SSD and enjoy the load times reductions, especially when you are spending so damn much to have said speed?  Defeats the purpose.

I'd go with a single UW monitor, rather than 2 1440p 144Hz... are you gaming on both?  Never understood paying for an expensive secondary monitor personally.

Otherwise, enjoy the rig.  Can cut costs on the cooler and a few other places, but for the most part it'll rock.
