Need opinions on GPU fan noise

This is a new Lenovo prebuilt with a RTX 2060. You can hear its the fans doing that on the recording as i change the fan speed on Afterburner. It wasn't like this when i bought it a month ago, it started about 7 days ago.

 

Is this something that i should go complain about or does it fall in the "normal" range?
