CoolerMaster Seidon 240M no blue light/ high temps

I bought this AIO back in 2014, worked great until now. On my i7-4790k, I've kept the clock at 4.4 GHz at 1.2V, and when stress testing on AIDA64, temps go to 80-90+ celcius. Looked at my AIO pump and realized there isn't a blue LED on when it should be. However I still feel heat coming from the exhaust fans on the radiator when stressing/ gaming. Is the pump dead? Should I replace this AIO, or are there any possible fixes for it? 

 

EDIT: With AIDA64 stress testing, pump RPM is around 1400. 
 

EDIT 2: Going to replace thermal compound. Haven’t replaced that since I got the AIO.
