Flickering led fans

I have 5 led red fans on an MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX.The 2 of them are connected in the motherboard.The other 3 are connected in a 3 pin fan splitter download.jfif and then the fan splitter in the motherboard.But the fans that are connected in the fan splitter are flickering.My psu is a corsair tx650m.How can i fix that?

You are overloading the mobo header where splitter is. Fans draw 0.4A each, header can supply up to 1A.
