Can i buy a region locked game?

So recently Red Dead Redemption 2 came out on PC. And i have the Rockstar Games Launcher and im from North Macedonia. And i wanted to preorder the game but it doesnt show up, but when i turn on my VPN and go to USA the game shows up on Rockstar Games Launcher. And i messaged Rockstar games and they said they dont know why it doesnt show up and they said maybe its region locked but i googled and it doesnt seem that its region locked. So what if i buy the game with VPN on USA will i be able to play it on my internet/IP in North Macedonia? Because i really want the game. Thanks!

It's probably going to fixed before launch, not like pre-ordering is required or something? Just wait.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

it's gonna be on steam come december with regional pricing, just wait it out.

yeh i know but i want to pre order it because you get the Special editoin for the price of the regular one

It doesn't really seem like it adds anything major though? Probably not worth trying to buy it with a VPN in any event.
