My HyperX Stingers mic is not working.

So as the title says the mic is not working. If I pull very slowly and unmute it then it might pick up bits of my voice. Other than that there is nothing. 
So if the mic broken can it be fixed? 

The problem is I brought it from a friend who bought it from japan ( I live in Bangladesh).

The cheap hyperx stuff is pretty bad, especially the stinger. It sucks for me and my friend went through two of him before he got a different headset.

 

I can probably be fixed but thats a lot of work over something thats used and cheap to get anyway.
