New Pc randomly shuts off and reboots

I can reach desktop perfectly fine, although seemingly randomly the lights all go down and the PC shuts down then reboot, watching temperatures closely until it happened the highest recorded of cpu +gpu was 62c on GPU.  Event viewer only shows a KERNAL_POWER error as in it dosent even know. Mostly happens under some load, not even heavy loads, but sometimes when it is doing nothing

  • Age of system - Brand new
  • Age of OS installation - Brand new
  • I9-9900k
  • MSI Gaming X Trio 2080Super
  • MsiGaming Plus Z390 - latest bios
  • CX750M Corsair 750 watt
  •  Desktop
