Two friends ask me to build them a completely new PC, I'm in need of help!!

Builds look fine to me. I'd maybe see if you can get something better than an A400 for the first build, and there isn't much point in having a K processor on a B series motherboard as you can't overclock. So unless the 9700 is more expensive than the 9700k, you might as well save the money, or spend a little more and get the Z series board.

Hello from Croatia,

Long story short I need to buy and build two new PC, for the first one budget is 12000 kuna (~1800 USD) and is focused more on AI and a little bit of gaming...

My pick is:

CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K

CPU cooler: Be Quit Dark Rock Pro 4

MB: Gigabyte B360 Aorus Gaming 3

RAM: Kingstone 4×8 GB 3000MHz HyperX Predator

GPU: Palit GeForce RTX 2060 8 GB Super Dual

SSD: Kingstone 960GB A400 Sata 3

PSU: NZXT E650 80+Gold or Seasonic core GM-650 80+Gold

Case: Fractal Design Meshify C or Fractal Design Define R5 Black

I didn't pick any HDD, he said he will buy one if he needs one...

Monitors are one 1440p and one or two 1080p...

My question, is this ok build for that?? He does not want liquid cooler and that is that... and if this cooler is overkill?

Second one is more oriented towards gaming and programming and budget is 8000 kuna (~1200 USD).

My pick is:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

CPU cooler: Stock, later if needed Be Quite Dark Rock 4....

MB: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite

RAM: Kingstone 2×8 GB 3000MHz HyperX Predator

GPU: Asus GeForce Rog Strix GTX 1660Ti 6 GB

SSD: Kingstone 480GB A400 Sata 3

PSU: NZXT E650 80+Gold or Be Quite Power Zone 650W 80+Bronze

Case: LC Power Gaming 995B Light B

Here I would like to know if my pick is good, it is for 1080p gaming on one monitor, second one will be used for browsing...

For both cases I'm not sure about PUSs are they too much or too less??

Ty for your feedback and help!!

David
